Improving Human Rights

Calumet believes in the importance of human rights. We comply with the California Transparency in Supply Chains Act of 2010, and we require our suppliers to do the same.

We also comply with the Conflict Minerals Provision of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act, and we require our supply chain partners to comply as well. We have a Conflict Minerals Statement, which summarizes our position on Conflict Minerals — collectively referred to as 3TGs. We have certified our supply chain for Conflict Minerals compliance through the following vehicles:
